With FUMIS ATech earns another award

On the 17th of September 2009, the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce (GZS) awarded recognitions for innovations to - as they wrote - "the most innovative among innovative" for innovations put on the market in 2008.

ATech received the Silver award for the best innovation at the national level for FUMIS. The GZS innovation award represents the highest recognition to innovative achievements of Slovenian companies and with that the promotion of innovation in Slovenia. In the finals the 42 best ranked innovatons from all over Slovenia, collected on the basis of regional selections, where FUMIS has earned the Golden award for best innovation in the "Obalno-Kraška" region.

The awarded FUMIS FP-OXY controller belongs to the FUMIS line of products for efficient and secure control of pellet and other wood biomass boilers and stoves. The line, which made Slovenia ecologically closer to advanced countries, which sre developing and promoting technology for organic use of natural resources. Vojko Blažič, head of FUMIS development, explains: "This innovation is is the EU's strategic objective -to be the first in the world in the field of management technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions - put in practice."

GZS Silver award for innovation confirms ATech's pursue for sustainable technologies, corporate social responsibility and the environment being one of the fundamental corporate values.
