Development Services

Our team of experts will help you define what needs to be done, along with why and how it will be done. We will support you in all phases: from the idea and concept development to prototype design, software and PCB design through to safety and EMC standards conformity testing. Digital, analogue and mixed signal design

Design of various types of embedded applications, from low-cost discrete to high complexity microcontroller-based ones. Ranging from 8 bit to 32 bit microcontrollers from different manufacturers (Microchip, Freescale, ARM, others). Some examples of this kind are:

  • user interfaces, from simple 7-segment LED to high-resolution graphical LCD with a capacitive touch
  • sensor signal interfaces with preconditioning, signal conversion and environment compensation
  • microcontroller systems with various internal and external memory configurations
  • audio, Ethernet, serial and other industrial bus interfaces

High voltage, high current and RF design

From battery to mains-powered electronics, with specialities like:

  • motor controls, from triac based phase angle to BLDC sensorless
  • switch mode power supply design
  • standard RF communications like Bluetooth and WiFi
  • proprietary RF communication solutions in the ISM band
  • eco-friendly design

PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design

Design, assembling and testing of prototypes before they go into series production. All PCBs are designed with the latest tools. Data flow from the schematic to series production is totally automatic so all errors are detected and excluded in a very early phase of the project.

DFM (Design for Manufacturing)

When the project complexity requires team work, a project team composed of experts from different groups is set up. The team leader takes care of all team activity and is responsible for the project from the beginning until the product enters series production. Usually the team also includes people from the production engineering department so that any technological problems are resolved already during the product design phase.

Design support during a product life cycle

The pace of electronics development calls for additional design services during product life cycles. We have extensive experience with various design modifications such as cost-cutting redesigns, up-grading design services and others.
